John McCarthy

Education
He took mathematics at Caltech and Princeton. He recieved his bachelors for mathematics at Caltech in 1948, and he recieved his doctorate at Princeton in 1951.
Career
He made the term AI in 1955. From there, he taught computer science at Princeton for the rest of his career. He also created the computer program language(LISP) in 1958 along with elephant 2000.
Awards
He won the Benjamin Franklin medal Nation Medal of Science, the A.M Turning Award, and the Kyoto Prize.
